Leading Brand QEF
Transgin™ DNA Transfection Reagent
HEK-293 cells were transfected in 6-well plates using a leading brand QEF and Transgin™ DNA reagent according to manufacturers’ protocols with a GFP plasmid. 1 µg of plasmid was used per transfection. Two days post transfection, photos were taken on representative populations to indicate the efficiency of transfection and cell survival rate.
